Moving to our new home :)

It is a very pleasant feeling to have our own home.. yes, my own home..our own home..at last we (my husband and I) could afford to purchase a house. Of course with a housing loan.Well, we are not that rich to buy home with our own cash. That is why it took many years after diligently surveying and observing..so many times usha virtually via internet or we visited the show houses straightly  met the developers (the staff la..) to query about the house that we intended to purchase.Basically we aimed for a semi D or double storey linked house... And alhamdulillah, thank God now we have a semi D.

Well, frankly speaking, it is not easy to buy a house. You must have money for 10% deposit..in my case RM20k because the house worth around RM200k. I think it is quite okay for a semi D unit. Possibly because the house is in a rural area.. How did we manage to get that 10% down payment? It`s the EPF..luckily after 5 years of working makan gaji, we were able to save almost RM20k (unwillingly..huhu) in our EPF Account 2... Plus, the legal fee.. we paid around RM4k for that...and there are two legal fees that you need to pay, for the bank (because you are taking housing loan from a bank, not from your parents) and the legal fee for the developer to proceed the S&P agreement.(if not mistaken).. If you are lucky, maybe you can get free legal fees which is very rare to happen. I am lucky as my loan provider, BSN offered free legal fee...unfortunately, the developer asked for RM4k as the legal fee :(

Okay la kawan2... now me & hubby have to pay the monthly installment of RM910 every month, without fail... InsyaAllah, it is not a burden to have that commitment.. hmm...plus 2 cars installment...PTPTN...zakat.. our boboiboy diapers & milk & toys... groceries...utility bills...ohhhoooo... I think every married couple will have these in their minds..we are no exceptional case...

Our home sweet home... and there`s my emak..
More view from here...can see my neighbour la..
I dont want to show off la...that's why I just exhibit 2 photos of the house.. A friend of mine posted in facebook with the status like this- Why people misuse FB? We are not suppose to misuse social network by displaying our belongings to others..let`s make fb as beneficial and informative as possible, friends...She posted that status not very long after I posted a photo, in which I posed in front of my house.. And u know la FB...once u posted something interesting, people will comment (or condemn!) and for that photo, many friends & relatives positively commented about it (of coz they praised..haha..rumah cantik, rumah besaunye walaupun tak besau mane..) Reading my friend`s status(which i believed because of my photo yg xkontroversi tu), I was sooo tersentap (to mat salley, it means - got offended)..because I posted the photo because I was so excited and I wanted to share the good news with sedara mara & kengkawan...haiiishh...and consequently, I deleted the post and of coz the photo...  Tapi...sekarang saya pamerkan gambar2 ini (tanpa diriku enter frame)...
